GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms regulate all users of all content of the domain http://www.lisettemaria.com/. The Terms and Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with www.lisettemaria.com (www.lisettemaria.com may be referred to as ’us’) and visits to the site. Www.lisettemaria.com  reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions.

SHOPPING

In the e-shop can be paid through a secure payment center with all Estonian payment cards and internet bank accounts (Swedbank, SEB, Danske Bank, Krediidipank, LHV, Nordea). Also with PayPal. Settlement currency is Euro.

No binding purchase agreement between you and www.lisettemaria.com  has been made until you receive an order confirmation from us.

The prices don’t include the shipping costs. Shipping costs are specified in the order sum at Checkout for the customers to review before confirming the order.

If the customer order Products for delivery outside of the EU please note that the customer’s purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer.

DELIVERIES

We will expedite your order as soon as possible. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for the package.

The shipping can take up to 14 working days. Usually it doesn’t take that long, though. Please contact us in case you haven’t received your parcel in that timeframe.

Web store is not responsible for the delivery delays or problems that are due to the incorrect entering of the shipping address by the client.

COLLECTING ORDERS

All orders are shipped with a freight forwarder. Orders can be tracked via freight forwarder’s website. Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected or rejected items.

DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the www-lisettemaria.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order.

We cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. www.lisettemaria.com  may at any time change the content of the site.

Valhalla Factory cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. We cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the site.

We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All goods purchased at http://www.lisettemaria.com/ are covered by the Estonian Sale of Goods Act. Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are not covered by the right of complaint.

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items( via email lisettepuhalainen@gmail.com), which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted original packaging are fully intact. Www.lisettemaria.com cannot accept returns where product or the package is damaged.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to us. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Please note that items bought on sale cannot be exchanged.

PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible.

COPYRIGHT

All the content available on the Web store, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, video and audio clips (the “Content”) is the property of the Web store and is protected by Estonian and international copyright laws.

It is not allowed to use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, modify, or otherwise exploit the Content in full or in part, for any purpose without linking the original source.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Web store and the customer are mutually liable for any damage caused to another party by not complying to the present terms in amount and in cases provided for by the applicable European Union legislative acts unless the damage incurred is be caused by circumstances beyond the control and could not have possibly foreseen (Force Majeure).

Any links to other websites which are not operated by the Web store is out of our control and we accept no responsibility for them.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms of use are construed in accordance with Estonian law and you agree that the Estonian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Estonia and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
